Privacy policy

We read your calendars to keep them in step. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and you can delete everything from Account.

Executive Sync is run by Digital Bean Consulting Group, LLC. In this policy, "we" means Digital Bean Consulting Group, LLC.

What we access

  • Your sign-in. Your email address, and your name if your Google account shares it. If you sign up with email, your password is handled by Firebase Authentication and we never see it.
  • Calendars you connect. Events on the primary calendar of each Google or Microsoft account you connect, the calendar you pick in an iCloud, Yahoo or other app-password account, and the subscription links you paste in. We read events from the past 7 days through the next 365 days: title, time, location, description, join link, organizer and whether the event is busy or free.
  • Google and Microsoft permissions. We ask Google for one scope, calendar.events, to read events and to add or change the copies and Busy blocks we make. From Microsoft we ask for Calendars.ReadWrite for the same reason, plus the permissions sign-in needs. We never touch your mail, contacts or files.

What we store

  • Your profile: email, name, time zone, alert settings and trial or plan dates.
  • For each calendar you connect: its name, prefix, color, settings and sync health.
  • Sign-in tokens, app passwords and subscription links, encrypted. We need these to keep syncing.
  • A record of each copy and Busy block we create, so we can update it and remove it later.
  • The title, time and organizer's email address of each event in your sync window, so the app can show Today, the week view and Conflicts. Only you can read them.
  • A private address for each busy-only link. Anyone with that address sees Busy blocks and their times, nothing else.
  • Service logs, which can include your account ID and error messages, kept for up to 30 days.

We don't store event descriptions, locations, attendee lists or attachments. They pass through our servers only on the way into the copies we write in your own calendar.

How we use it

  • To copy each company's meetings to your main calendar and to add Busy blocks to your other calendars, following the settings you choose.
  • To show you Today, the week view, conflicts and the health of each connection.
  • To email you about your account: trial reminders, and alerts when a connection breaks or a link goes quiet. You can turn alerts off in Account.

We don't sell your data. We don't show ads, and we don't use your calendars to train models or to build a profile of you. A company you connect sees only Busy blocks, never another company's name or meeting details.

's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we protect it

  • Refresh tokens, app passwords and subscription links are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
  • Everything travels over HTTPS.
  • Database rules let you read only your own data. Credentials can't be read by the app at all, only by our servers.

Who else handles it

  • Google Cloud and Firebase run our servers, database and sign-in, in the United States.
  • Google, Microsoft, Apple, Yahoo and other calendar providers receive the copies and Busy blocks we write into the calendars you connect.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so your browser asks Google's servers for them.
  • A payment processor will handle card details once paid plans open. We won't see your full card number.

We share data with anyone else only if the law requires it.

Deleting your data

  • Remove a company to delete every copy and Busy block we made for it, its saved sign-in and its settings.
  • Delete account, in Account, to remove every copy and Busy block we made in all your calendars, then your account and saved sign-ins.
  • You can also revoke our access in your Google or Microsoft account at any time. Syncing for that calendar stops at once.

Ending a trial or a plan pauses syncing and deletes nothing, so you can come back to it as it was.
