Terms

The service

copies each company's meetings to the main calendar you choose, and adds Busy blocks to your other calendars so each company sees when you're taken. It does this only for the calendars you connect, following the settings you choose. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

Free month and plans

• Your first month is free and needs no card.
• After that, one plan covers every company you connect: a month, or a year.
• We remind you by email and in the app 7, 3 and 1 day before the free month ends.
• A paid plan renews at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices can change; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a change reaches your bill.

Cancelling and pausing

• Cancel from Account at any time. Syncing pauses at the end of the period you paid for.
• If the free month ends without a plan, syncing pauses.
• A pause deletes nothing. Copies and Busy blocks stay in your calendars and stop updating, so meetings moved or cancelled during the pause aren't reflected until you resume.
• Only Remove company and Delete account delete what we made.

What we ask of you

• Connect only calendars you're allowed to use, and follow each company's rules for its systems.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Don't use the service to send anyone unwanted messages, to get into calendars that aren't yours, or to overload or probe our systems.

What we can't promise

• We depend on Google, Microsoft, Apple, Yahoo and the other calendar providers. When one is slow, changes its rules or revokes access, syncing can stop until you reconnect. We show the health of every connection and alert you when one breaks.
• Subscription links refresh on the schedule of the calendar that reads them, often every few hours. We can't make them faster.
• We check for overlaps and tell you about them. We never move or decline a meeting for you, and we aren't responsible for a meeting that was missed or double-booked.
• The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account from Account at any time. We first remove every copy and Busy block we made, then your account and saved sign-ins. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms; if we do, we'll tell you why and give you the chance to remove what we made.
